That's the work. Here's the thinking behind it.

Let's say — this is
our hypothetical table.

what do I bring to it?
If there's one thing my experience has taught me, it's that every "complex system" is really just people trying to get things done. I approach design by understanding their behaviour first, then building structure and workflows that make their jobs feel easier, not heavier.

so — here's the hand I'd bring ↓

I design for the most anxious person in the room
"If my parents would hesitate on a screen, it's not ready."

Give me the problem no one's solved yet
"I'm at my best when there's no template to copy and a lot to figure out."

I question the brief before I open Figma
"First I need to know why this problem exists — then I design for it."

Still here? Let's make something ↓

What I'm looking for
(go on - tick all three)
hard problems with no rule-book
a team that sweats the craft
room to own the whole problem
